In the last two decades(as of 2006), we have valued more than 1250 properties nationally and internationally with a total value of over CHF 9 billion or implemented them using project management. We inspected, measured and checked more than 1,000,000 m² of space. At the same time, more than 15,000 rental contracts were analyzed to determine sustainable income. The market values determined range from CHF 0.3 to CHF 500 million.
As part of our quality control, the market values determined by us (from 1999-2006) deviated only 0.3% - 6% from the sales price actually achieved later (without prejudice) in the past financial year. To date, none of our reports have been rejected by the tax authorities.
