Presentation of your project / company to investors

We take over the presentation and marketing of your project / company to potential active or passive investors or joint venture partners for our clients.

This is done in the following steps:

Identification of potentially interested investors in Europe and overseas.

Contacting and sending marketing material to interested investors (the results of our due diligence can be passed on later).

Conducting bilateral negotiations with the most important potential investors.

Obtaining any offers, declarations of intent (LOI) and preliminary evaluations. If necessary, implementation of a bidding process / or. an EU-wide tender.

Registration and presentation of potential investors and agreement on the implementation of a "due diligence" check with the best bidders (here: establishment of a suitable data room using the legal and accounting resources available on site).

Planning, organization and implementation of the due diligence review.

After obtaining binding offers, analyzing and evaluating them, we select the best bidder.

Support in drafting the sales contract and other necessary legal documents (local legal advice: external).

We maintain close and trusting contact with our contractual partners in all phases.
